New L. J. Institute of Engineering and Technology (New LJIET) is committed to developing industry-ready professionals through focused training, skill development, and career guidance. The institute actively collaborates with the LJ Industry Interaction & Placement Cell (LJIIPC), the centralized training and placement cell of the LJ Group of Institutes, to enhance industry interaction and placement opportunities.
The Training and Placement Cell bridges the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by providing students with exposure to emerging technologies, professional practices, and corporate expectations. Regular aptitude training, coding sessions, mock aptitude tests, mock interviews, group discussions, expert talks, workshops, industrial visits, and career development activities help students strengthen their technical and professional skills.
Special emphasis is placed on internships, industry-oriented learning, professional certifications, and placement preparedness to ensure holistic student development. Through continuous industry engagement and structured training initiatives, New LJIET strives to prepare students for successful careers and meaningful contributions to the global workforce.
